Not the customer service I was expecting

Overall they were quite courteous; however, I asked if they would assist in removing the protective plastic covering, since I currently have a condition (frozen shoulders) that does not allow me full use of my arms and, if stressed, causes severe pain. I mentioned this to them but their response was, "that is the customer's responsibility." I also informed them that I preferred the handles be located on the right side. They told me that I would have to schedule an appointment at an additional cost of $30.00. I'm disappointed with Best Buy for the lack of customer service since I feel both of my requests should have been included in the installation cost.

The freezer had been delivered earlier in the week & was sitting in my dining room. The 2 guys brought it down to the basement. They placed it where I wanted it & adjusted the legs to make sure it was level. They cleaned up all packaging material. Very pleasant.

This was a replacement for a unit that was found to be defective. I must admit that Best Buy stands by the products they sell and will do what it takes to make things right for the customer...
