Challenging install

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two of the nicest guys on a very cold afternoon took out my old refrigerator and put in my new Samsung. They were from Alabama and absolutely frozen. That didn’t keep them from working very hard to get this installed. The biggest problem was I didn’t really have a big enough door to bring it in through. But they managed to do it through the sliding glass doo without a scratch.

Great Customer Care

One was training a young newer employee and even with the mishap that led to a dent in my door he never got upset or negative. Instead, the focus was resolving the situation with me. I appreciate their efforts and care to me as the customer.
