Terrific and efficient service. Quick hook up and move of old fridge

the install was bringing up 2 flights of stairs, unboxing, placing where wanted, plugging in and turning on with removal of box and packing. perfectly done.

Third time was a charm. it took (3) refrigerators to finally work properly. even this 3rd time, it required an LG tech to fix it as when closing the freezer door sounded like a 'whoopee cushion'. beautifully looking and nice features, but i think i was being sent 'open box' units that didn't work well. i finally requested a new unit in the box. but still it required that LG technician to adjust the 'whoopee cushion'

Every time I open the freezer door it makes this annoying noise. I even said something to the man that delivered it. It also does not close correctly. I have to double check to make sure it is closed. Think the freezer door wasn’t put on properly! And is aggravating!

These guys were terrific! The doors on both the old and new refrigerator had to be removed to maneuver through the door and into a tight space. Despite being their first delivery of the day, they took their time, got it right and cleaned up afterwards. Very high marks!

The two people who delivered and install my new refrigerator were amazing and so professional threy didn't scratch the floor or anything. It took them less than 15 min and the new refrigerator was running.

We had Best Buy do the installation of our refrigerator. Our install included delivering and setting up the new fridge, hooking up the water line to the ice maker and moving the old fridge out to the garage (which we paid the extra fee for). Although the installers were quite late in arriving due to an issue at their previous install, they were very good about calling me to let me know they'd be late and then again when they were on their way. Since our install was the last of the evening, it was going to be rather late when they arrived (after 9 pm). They gave me the option of rescheduling or to continue to have them come for the install even though it was so late. We asked them to still come that evening. Both men were very careful in removing the old fridge & installing the new one. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before they left. We had made an attempt to remove the doors on our old fridge so that it would fit going out our front door but we had some issues. The men were kind enough to take the old doors off before moving the fridge to our garage and then they re-installed the doors and made sure everything was properly aligned before they left. It had been a very long day for them but they acted with the energy and professionalism of the 1st job of the day. We have nothing but positive things to say about the men who came that evening.

The first installation was not great they bumped into our door frame and made a few dents while also installing incorrectly. We ended up getting a replacement fridge and they were great at installing and taking the other fridge out without damaging our door or frame. Overall better then having to figure out how to get it inside ourselves.

The Samsung refrigerator was installed with no problem at all. They were professional and courteous and respectful of my home. They asked question and offered great information regarding the refrigerator.

The installers were fast, efficient, clean, and very polite.

They were going to have to remove the doors to get thru the front door but they manage to go in at an angle with the doors open. The reason for 4 stars was because I did not get a chance to clean the floor well before they brought the new one in. By the time I realized there was a muddy mess because of the dust under the old frig they removed and the water that came out of the old one, they were already bringing in the new one.I guess I should have moved my old frig forward and cleaned under before they came. Not something i thought about

Had existing water line and cutoff valve. Techs hooked up braided line on fridge with coupling end and installed compression fitting on my existing line. I connected two tubes due to "liability" concerns. No leaks. Easy peasy!

Great job on delivery and installation. They called me to let me know when they were close to arrival . Jose and Hugo were very careful courteous and professional. Installed refrigerator and hooked up water line and made sure everything fit and was working. Great job, Great guys!

Refrigerator arrived, however, the door was opening on the wrong side. When I requested it to be changed, the associate indicated that wasn't on the work order, would cost additional, and they didn't have the time at the time of delivery. They were short staffed and had a ton of deliveries to make. I reported the issue and was contacted quickly by Best Buy with an appointment and informed there was no charge, which was to be expected. Due to the electronics, it requires more than just switching posts and took nearly an hour. This made be better understand the complexity, but it was changed over successfully.

Did the job, water and ice maker are working fine now.

The item is fine. But I’ve had nothing but problems since delivery of my fridge. Delivery was awful. Scratched and dented my freshly painted walls, installed it incorrectly and can’t be fixed because they stripped the screw. Called and thought I had it taken care of. Guys were to come and fix it. When they got here they said they were here to haul fridge away. What? No it’s supposed to be fixed. They called Customer service and stated they can’t fix it because the screw was stripped and they needed to order a new screw and kick plate because it was damaged on delivery. Was told to call back when parts came in. I received the screw but not the kick plate, still waiting. Oh and for all this nonsense they were sending me a Best Buy gift card. Guess what? Never got it! I will never make a purchase from Best Buy again unless someone calls me and remedies this whole terrible situation. Thanks

I typically buy LG because after 15 years the compressor went bad and I’ve always had great luck with LG. Since they didn’t have any LGs in stock, after reading reviews I decided to buy it because I was desperate for a refrigerator. I had never purchased a Samsung so the verdict is still out on this. So far, it’s doing the job. Simple and sleek design. No Noh bells or whistles to it. No handles so expect to wipe down the front of the doors a lot due to finger prints. It is a pretty spacious fridge which I really like. On the freezer side on the bottom left door, it does not come with a wire accessory. You will have to pay extra for it. Something to keep in mind, if you’re using the ice feature, only use the cube ice DO NOT use the crushed ice feature. You will get a lot of frozen ice caught in the ice compartment and it’s a pain to remove it.
