Great but need to respect people's stuff

However, I am an artist and they placed and left a step stool up against my original work of art causing indents.

Even though the refrigerator door had a very minor dent when arriving they pointed it out and asked if we knew it had it. It happened between the store and delivery but was documented by delivery drivers and corrected quickly.

Be sure floor is covered not bare. Basic stuff, but one group is not the same another. BB uses different services company to do this. Easy install and service co was very good.
