had my old refrigerator for 15 yrs it was here when i move in house it was old and rusted out so i went online to find a new one looked and looked then i finally found a good deal on Bestbuy so i order it it came nice new lots of room ice and water so i got a 3yr warranty it sill looks good and iam still loving it thank u Best buy victor

The installers did a great job installing the refrigerator and the glass panels! They were quick in and out, and hauled off all the boxes.

We are extremely happy with our Samsung Fridge installation. We didn’t have to remove the wrap. The guys were very careful and friendly. It’s looks great in our new home.

Very spacious, can move racks on the main level to your liking, both doors open wide with plenty of space for your favorite condiments etc. Also has dual ice trays with a nice size freezer is also a plus.

I love my new refrigerator. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and has the perfect amount of space. The two drawers at the bottom have a lot of room for frozen foods and the counter depth feature fits right in and looks more custom. Love it!

The fellers had no problem installing the refrigerator with no water kit needed due to no water line to the unit. The refrigerator is everything we wanted. We are pleased with the installation and the job done.

Besides getting a fantastic refrigerator, the installers were top notch. It is a huge refrigerator and they carried it up our front steps and into our house with caution for the appliance. Best of all They also took great care in looking out for each other so no one got injured. They explained how to use the refrigerator and cleaned up the packaging mess. They were pleasant all the while.

The first delivery was only ok, there was a bit of a large delivery window, and they came at the end of that window and the refrigerator was damaged. Not saying it was their fault. The delivery guys were nice enough. Replacement delivery 2 days later was very good - guys were extra courteous, and the refrigerator was perfect. They made sure to level it properly. Had the first delivery gone as well as the second, this would have been 5 stars.

As always, the installers sent by Best Buy were professional, respectful, and fast. I have had a bad run of luck with old appliances. So this is the second time this year I have had installers here for an appliance. I also purchased a treadmill with delivery and set up. 3 different delivery teams/people, all great.

The men that made our delivery were courteous and did a great job with what they had to work with. Unfortunately, our new refrigerator did fit in the space we had for it, however, due to a wall being on one side, the freezer door would not open correctly. Make sure and let the sales associates know that they need to make an extra 4" allowance for this Samsung refrigerators door pivot when the unit will be next to a wall. We kept the refrigerator even though it did not fit, since we are only planning to live in our current location for about a year and it doesn't bother us that it is sticking out and not pushed all the way back to the wall. The installers could not finish hooking up the ice maker / water, since our connection had some issues that had to be repaired that we were not aware of until they tried to hook up the new refrigerator. Nothing that the installers/delivery men could do anything about. They were super careful about the floor, when I told them how soft the material was. Couldn't ask for more, given the circumstances of an incorrect measurement by the store when it was sold and a connection we couldn't see having an issue during installation.

Team were ready to communicate with and install was quick. We haven't had any issues with the product.

The men came in, took out my old fridge, brought in the new fridge, and had the job done in about 15 mins! They were right on time—amazing experience! Could not have been better. I have a galley kitchen, so I was a little worried how it would go. Very pleased with the service and the new fridge is a great product.

Alma and Kenny arrived on time, and gave a call when they were close. They were so friendly and professional, and the install of the new fridge went perfect! They gave us answers to all the questions we had, and they moved our old fridge to the garage for us. They left no garbage or tools behind, and they were a pleasure to chat with. 10/10, we are so happy!

Lucas and Mike were my delivery people in the Willow Street PA area, and couldn't have been more professional and friendly. They took care to ensure that the installation was spot on perfect, and even made sure that the water line connection was leak-free ( which was great, because the first hose was defective, and indeed had a leak; the second hose worked fine ). Thank you gentlemen. We love our new Samsung refrigerator.

The installers came within the time frame I was given. It was raining, so they unpacked the majority of the materials in my home and apologized for making the mess, but kept my refrigerator out of the rain! They cleaned up all the packing materials, installed the refrigerator, hauled out the old one and it works great! No complaints! The guys were awesome!

Installation was great. The delivery team took great care bringing it inside and scratching the floor and walls. The fridge loka nice and fits perfectly. It looks good with my counter. The side is gray. It took about a day for the ice to fill in the door and freezer.
