They were extremely friendly, prompt and efficient, and removed all shipping materials from our property with our old freezer.

Best, most determined installers ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our delivery was several hours late but I can over look that because the two guys who delivered our appliances spent 1.5 hr at our home maneuvering the appliances into our 1945 house with unusually small doorways. They had to remove the doors to both the house and fridge and eventually carried it up our spiral staircase. They could have very easily said sorry ma'am it just doesn't fit and been done much sooner but they persisted. I'm very grateful for their determination.

On time performance

Luckily, my old refrigerator comes with the old hose for the ice maker. Therefore, I can return the one I purchased from Best Buy. It took them about two minutes to install.
