They were very kind. Actually I needed to remove my old fridge to garage. They helped me to move it. I was so happy from them to deliver my new fridge in safe and help me to move old one. Additionally the foyer is too narrow but they were very specialized to move big appliance. Thank you

It was determined by the installer that my existing water line was in good condition and the new line was not necessary for this install and refunded the cost of the new water line.

The dudes were amazing. They were dripping in sweat going up the stairs! but they didnt knock our walls or anything whatsoever! The fridge was a little damaged before delivery I just wish I would have taken their advice and contact best buy for discount. I hope I have the same two guys again if I order any more appliances!

The gentleman that came and set up my refrigerator did a awesome job .I think they actually went over and beyond what their job responsibilities were to make me a happy customer. They even came back and adjusted the doors within the same day. Very very satisfied with the service that they gave. I only hope and pray that the service is just as good if something goes wrong with the refrigerator and it needs to be repaired fingers crossed.

The workers came in and explained everything to me in complete detail, and we're so friendly about it and took care of everything. Set up the refrigerator cleaned out all the stuff. That was in there and took all the garbage with them

I have had five schedule delivery appointments with no calls no show for return and replacement of my refrigerator that doesn’t cool, no water, ice maker doesn’t work and one door was bigger than the other. My mother 3000.00 in medication that was to be refrigerated and they issued a claim but since May 25th no one has called us to address it. We have been without a refrigerator since 5/25/21 and we’ve made numerous complaints.

Quick and simple installation. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful.

The delivery was handled quickly with removal of the old one. Setting up the new appliance went quickly with no issues. He explained a few basic items about it. Only thing stopping it from 5 star is that they came outside the window of time I was given. However, they did call to let me know they were behind schedule.

Best Buy delivered our new refrigerator and installed a new water line. Works fine and have ice!

Due to house being very old and no water line in the kitchen the staff was not able to install the water for the refrigerator. The staff was very professional and polite, but stated they don't work in attics or in craw spaces. So, if you don't have water close by, they won't install it.

Very simple and easy job to do considering there was a pre existing water line already.
