Great customer service, instalation was pretty fast

The home delivery and installation was great. They kept us informed of arrival time. They had to remove the front door to get the fridge into the house and were very careful with the door because it has a stained glass window. They were quick and courteous and asked if we had any questions before they left.

The Geek Squad did a great job removing my old fridge and installing the new one. My only negative comment would be that they forgot to turn on the ice maker and I assumed it was not working the next day when there was no ice. I finally figured out how to turn it on and all turned out well. They took great care not to damage my floors. I was amazed when they carried the fridges rather than roll them to the door. Great guys, very polite.

Both fridges were dismantled to fit through door and was completed in a timely professional manner

Came earlier than scheduled which was fine. Side of fridge was scratched when it was moved up a flight of stairs. Paint was not damaged and I managed to rub off the scratches.

The two guys that installed my new Samsung 27.4 cubic foot used every inch of my front door entrance and did not even put scratch on it. They were great and professional. Normally I would have just done it myself but I had a major back surgery and can't do that kind of stuff anymore. Anyway, kudos to the guys that got it in here, it was definitely not easy.

the refrigerator/freezer are fine except I lost room on both sides as compared to my old one. Also the quality of workmanship is lower. I have to accept both issues as it's the only refrig that will fit in the space I have.

This review is for the install of my new refrigerator. Install was included with the purchase of my unit and I am amazed at the service I received. The installers were quick, efficient, and polite. Any questions I had about the fridge were answered. There was ZERO trash left from packaging. They removed all of it. Pretty awesome. They called before delivery to make sure I was gone to accept the fridge. Their delivery and install made a great buying experience.

Doors had to be removed to fit through entryway. They removed all four screws from each hinge. Found out later from the manual they should have only removed two and the other two specifically state Do Not Remove... :(
