I would definitely use Best Buy to install my appliances. The workers were very friendly and quick. Left no mess and asked me if I had any questions before they left.

This refrigerator fits perfectly in the slot of my old fridge and has more room! Excellent product!

The fellows who delivered and installed my refrigerator were first rate. They were on time, efficient, courteous and adept at navigating a small space.

This is a replacement fridge. Works great so far. Had same model for only 1 and1/2 years and it had to be replaced. Last one made loud noises then started leaking. Geek Squad tried but could not fix the problem. Delivery people were terrible. Did damage to my doorway and to the fridge.

The delivery guys installed our fridge with no problems. They were great with the water line and sure to check for leaks before pushing the fridge back.

The Geek Squad was prompt, courteous, and professional. They handled my delivery of my Insignia refrigerator with great care to the appliance and my home. The appliance looks great and fits well with my kitchen decor and design.

My husband and I measured and remeasured before we went shopping for our refrigerator. I have sewn for decades. My husband worked construction. We are both familiar with measurements. The installers did a great job installing the fridge; however, one of the installers told us multiple times the refrigerator would not fit our space. We gave him our measurements. He did his own measurements and measured the fridge. It fit with little room to spare and looks great!

The first delivery we got was not pleasant. The driver was not very friendly and when my wife asked about installation, he said “apparently your man thinks he can do it himself!” Which was extremely rude and unprofessional. We would have done the installation through Best Buy, but it was never offered to us when we set up the delivery. We assume that it was automatically part of the delivery process. My wife set up the entire refrigerator throughout the entire afternoon while working from home, which was a huge inconvenience. The second unit that came was only halfway installed when the driver realized there were dings, dents, and a crushed seal. He called dispatch and told them it will need to be returned, and he left. The drawers and inside accessories were not installed. The third unit that arrived did not have the proper hinge on the door. The drivers were able to pull one from the other broken unit and got it to work. The two installers were. Great and did a very thorough job. We were very pleased after they left.

In and out without any issues. This was a warranty replacement. The old unit was taken out and new one brought in, in a timely fashion. The gentlemen that did the work were very professional. Made sure we were aware of all the ins and outs of the refrigerator, before leaving.

From start to finish, the installation team did an amazing job! They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and took great care to make sure everything was set up perfectly. The refrigerator was installed smoothly, leveled correctly, and they cleaned up every bit before leaving. I really appreciated how they double-checked that everything worked properly and even gave me helpful tips for first-time use. It’s rare these days to find service that’s both efficient and courteous — but these guys nailed it.

Love my refrigerator. Do not like the freezer on the bottom on refrigerators, so this worked well. Would have given 5 stars, but had to get a replacement because the first one was broke. I had a hard time getting it resolved, until i reached the right person with best buy. LG was zero help and had to talk with AI.

I bought a new Samsung 28.1 cubic feet french door fridge and this thing was huge!!, It fit perfectly in my cabinets but one of the paths was bit narrow, the crew got the fridge over the cabinets and got it in place without a problem. They hooked up the water line and the fridge was up and running. The installation was free when you buy the water line which I did, everything worked great and I highly recommend Bestbuy.
