They did an awesome job, totally professional, and they were even able to get it over the counter in my kitchen. I bought the fridge, understanding that it would fit in its location, but getting it there was going to be difficult, or so I thought. They used some big strap that went over their shoulders and managed to get it into the kitchen with no problems. The installation was quick and perfect.

They were going to have to remove the doors to get thru the front door but they manage to go in at an angle with the doors open. The reason for 4 stars was because I did not get a chance to clean the floor well before they brought the new one in. By the time I realized there was a muddy mess because of the dust under the old frig they removed and the water that came out of the old one, they were already bringing in the new one.I guess I should have moved my old frig forward and cleaned under before they came. Not something i thought about

Careful extraction and install of new refrigerator. Connected to existing water line without problem. Performed startup procedure, settings and initial settings. No problems

The installers were very careful and everything is working great. I would suggest for anyone have them take off the handles as our handles got scratched.

The installation team was very efficient. They came on time and finished the job without any negative experience. they were very knowledgeable and provided guidance on all queries we had. they took care of the old hauling with ease.

Every time I open the freezer door it makes this annoying noise. I even said something to the man that delivered it. It also does not close correctly. I have to double check to make sure it is closed. Think the freezer door wasn’t put on properly! And is aggravating!

Refrigerator arrived, however, the door was opening on the wrong side. When I requested it to be changed, the associate indicated that wasn't on the work order, would cost additional, and they didn't have the time at the time of delivery. They were short staffed and had a ton of deliveries to make. I reported the issue and was contacted quickly by Best Buy with an appointment and informed there was no charge, which was to be expected. Due to the electronics, it requires more than just switching posts and took nearly an hour. This made be better understand the complexity, but it was changed over successfully.

Great job on delivery and installation. They called me to let me know when they were close to arrival . Jose and Hugo were very careful courteous and professional. Installed refrigerator and hooked up water line and made sure everything fit and was working. Great job, Great guys!

The installation is smooth and well done, they move the fridge very carefully without bumping into anything

The technician was friendly and made sure to be careful around the areas that the refrigerator was being transported from. Once inside, he was very careful to station it in the tight spot we have, and everything was done very efficiently. I had a good experience.

We had Best Buy do the installation of our refrigerator. Our install included delivering and setting up the new fridge, hooking up the water line to the ice maker and moving the old fridge out to the garage (which we paid the extra fee for). Although the installers were quite late in arriving due to an issue at their previous install, they were very good about calling me to let me know they'd be late and then again when they were on their way. Since our install was the last of the evening, it was going to be rather late when they arrived (after 9 pm). They gave me the option of rescheduling or to continue to have them come for the install even though it was so late. We asked them to still come that evening. Both men were very careful in removing the old fridge & installing the new one. They made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before they left. We had made an attempt to remove the doors on our old fridge so that it would fit going out our front door but we had some issues. The men were kind enough to take the old doors off before moving the fridge to our garage and then they re-installed the doors and made sure everything was properly aligned before they left. It had been a very long day for them but they acted with the energy and professionalism of the 1st job of the day. We have nothing but positive things to say about the men who came that evening.

We had two crews deliver this fridge due to a return/replace. The first crew was very careful. They stripped the box off right outside of our garage and used a dolly to wheel it into place, using a level to make sure it was flat. They also took care to remove the plastic and tape and manual. The second crew stripped the box at the truck and dragged the fridge on its feet into our garage. They only picked up a level when we offered it. The fridge almost already looked like it was returned once with scuff marks on the door and most of the plastic already out of it. We had to remove the rest and the manual ourselves.

I also want to highlight the Best Buy delivery team — they were right on time and handled the installation carefully and professionally. Everything was set up perfectly, and they even took all the packaging with them. Highly recommend both the refrigerator and Best Buy’s excellent service!

The gentlemen they sent to install my refrigerator were awesome. They were friendly and literally walked the fridge in without any problems. I would recommend them every time.

It a is compact product with a low quality exterior. Fits about 40 regular bottles. There a low but discernible hum when the motor kicks in.

Had a not so straightforward water line that the guys that installed the fridge were able to get the correct pieces and line hooked up without leaks

The item is fine. But I’ve had nothing but problems since delivery of my fridge. Delivery was awful. Scratched and dented my freshly painted walls, installed it incorrectly and can’t be fixed because they stripped the screw. Called and thought I had it taken care of. Guys were to come and fix it. When they got here they said they were here to haul fridge away. What? No it’s supposed to be fixed. They called Customer service and stated they can’t fix it because the screw was stripped and they needed to order a new screw and kick plate because it was damaged on delivery. Was told to call back when parts came in. I received the screw but not the kick plate, still waiting. Oh and for all this nonsense they were sending me a Best Buy gift card. Guess what? Never got it! I will never make a purchase from Best Buy again unless someone calls me and remedies this whole terrible situation. Thanks

While this fridge is still an interrogation mark due to the high pitch noise it makes, the delivery and installation by Roberto and by Joule was SUPERB. This team, Roberto and Joule, completely exceeded my expectations in that they went out of their way to protect floors, walls and everything they could while moving the appliance around. They disassembled all doors of the fridge, they took down the garage door that was on their way (they put it back later) and they used towels to protect stair steps from getting scratch while bringing it to the second floor. This fridge was HEAVY!!! Yet, they took the time to make sure nothing would end up broken on the way up. Roberto and Joule were very friendly, paid attention to all details and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. After they left, I ran into a problem and called them for help and they quickly responded. Way to go guys!
