The refrigerator arrived within the delivery window I selected. The removal of the old unit was a great option and very reasonably priced. The entire delivery/removal/installation took under an hour. The delivery men were polite, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Quick delivery and install

I did have a problem with the reps not installing the handles, but I was told that because of covid, they are not allowed to go into the fridge, and the handles were inside.

Service could be better

However this time they don't want to install our waterline kit that BestBuy made us purchase when we buy a new fridge. When we bought our first BestBuy fridge 7 years ago the installation team hooked up the waterline and everything for us. They ran the line through a hole in the floor and connected it to the pipe on the basement ceiling directly underneath the fridge. You would imagine they will just remove the old waterline and connect the new one but nope. Didn't even want to go down the basement to check out the existing waterline.
