The refrigerator delivery was quick and easy. The installation team removed my old refrigerator, hooked up the new one, and made sure everything was set up right. They were courteous and professional, highly recommended.

We had 3 different refrigerators installed in 3 weeks. The first set was great. The second set absolutely didn’t give a crap. The third set was ok. They have no respect for your home.

Love our new Samsung high capacity with 4 types of ice cubes. So far so good w the ice making features. And the large storage area within the fridge and freezer is perfect for our home needs.

After waiting 2 days for ice, I realized that the installers forgot to turn on the water after connecting the water line. Bonus points if they had connected the Wi-Fi on the fridge

Hate to hammer here, but facts are facts. Original installer didn't have the tools to hook my copper tubing to the stainless line I bought, and found later with the second install, had kinked and broken the copper. Second installer, a few days later, found the leak and cut back beyond it, and successfully hooked up the water supply. But he and his co-worker didn't pull up the feet of the fridge far enough to engage the wheels, and in yarding the thing around, dented the door faces. Best Buy did replace those door faces a week later, and things are now as they should be, but it was an on-going trial. Hence the 3 stars. I will recommend this service, because things were eventually made right, and also -- if you don't have the tools and the expertise, what are your options?

I ordered this freezer for my mom who lives on the third floor of her condo. She informed me the delivery experience was a delight. The gentleman that carried it upstairs and installed. It was very respectful and a joy to be around. I am very pleased!
