Service could be better

However this time they don't want to install our waterline kit that BestBuy made us purchase when we buy a new fridge. When we bought our first BestBuy fridge 7 years ago the installation team hooked up the waterline and everything for us. They ran the line through a hole in the floor and connected it to the pipe on the basement ceiling directly underneath the fridge. You would imagine they will just remove the old waterline and connect the new one but nope. Didn't even want to go down the basement to check out the existing waterline.

Only problem I have is when they were installing it they broke the light inside the fridge which does make it hard to see bc it's dark

Couldnt ask for more very professional took care not to damage anything wish i had them everytime

The only part is the freezer there and ice maker with I really didnt want but there was no option to opt it out. Takes away from freezer space.
