Set up with water line, set freezer for 0 degrees/frig for 37degrees. Suggested I use the water for a few minutes and dump to get the air bubbles out, showed me how to utilize a couple shelves and gave me a phone number to call if I had any questions....Treated me like a valued customer; great for manners with business demeaner

Made sure everything was connected and best part is they take the box!! Which I was so happy because I hate cutting down the boxes. Lucky I already had the waterline so I could return the one we purchased lol

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guys were not able to connect it all for us because we ended up needing to add onto the length of the waterline, due to it having to go down into the basement & it being on the opposite side of the new versus old refrigerator...thankful it was an easy trip to the local hardware store to pick up the extension & my husband was able to connect it with the easy directions!

Installation needs adjusting to be better.

Needed a counter depth refer to add space so this won’t help unless I get a handyman to finish the job,
