Had to spend additional money to have that done as it was very inconvenient the way it was.

Ask store to confirm their delivery agent can make

Had to get Geek Squad and store management involved and final delivery and install was done with no issues a week later.

Great Delivery

Easy scheduling, the driver called and let me know within about 20 minutes that they were on their way. There were two gentlemen, both so polite and nice. They were careful with my refrigerator and careful with my place - no dents or dings! Really so pleased with their service.
