Unprofessional, lazy crew

Initially refused to move old fridge to garage even though I paid $15 for the option to move to any location in house. Slow ice production may or may not be an installation issue; not yet determined. This crew was in stark contrast to first crew that brought out a fridge that was damaged; they identified the damage before bringing the unit into the house and were very careful bringing in and installing the electric range.

They were accommodating and willing to adapt to problems that arose. They did a great job. I had already run a new water line. All they had to do was hook it up.

Give installers training to install properly.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told by the installers that I needed to have the water line in either stainless steel or plastic, and my current water line is copper. They told me I needed to hire a plumber to install the correct line and hook it up to the refrigerator. In the install manual it specifically states that copper or stainless steel are preferred and to NOT use plastic due to it cracking and causing water damage. My father is a plumber and came down to install the water line for your installers and informed me that they were quite capable of doing this themselves. Which is adorable considering I paid for the installers so my dad wouldn’t have to come down.

Fine Installation

They were careful, helpful in showing the unit's features after it had been installed, always polite, and in this day and age took every precaution against infection. They are one reason we'll no doubt return to Best Buy for future major appliances.
