nice small fridge. works great and is energy efficient. only 2 drawers at bottom for produce and such with humidity control

The guys came on time, were very professional, and got the refrigerator installed without problems. I was very impressed with how carefully they brough the new fridge in, and even more with how they took the old over-sized one out. Definitely worth the price.

Installation is straight-forward. The fridge had good shrink-wrap protection and it works well. No bells and whistles but seems to be a solid fridge worth the money.

The service was fantastic! These guys know their stuff! I was a little apprehensive because I really didn’t want anything to get scratched or damaged. After I saw these two gentlemen handling their business I was very impressed. I am who I am so I was asking questions and talking while they were trying to work and they didn’t even miss a beat. The one guy was answering me the whole time and they were in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it. After they were gone both me and my husband were amazed at how much we knew about the new fridge thanks to that guy answering my questions and the little tutorial at the end. Kudos to Best Buy installation service. Great job guys!

Only one person showed up to unload the fridge from the truck, bring the refrigerator up a steep set of stairs and install. The individual who came did an excellent job but it was definitely a two person job and I had to help. He also showed up without the right tools and I had to let him use my tools. The installer was however, very courteous, ha stayed and made sure it was completely unpacked, various interior pieces were unwrapped and installed and the water line was installed. I would recommend this installer though only if they send a second person.

Hands down best option in refrigerator install and setup.

Love, love, love this refrigerator! It’s a little loud when it first cooling down after installation, but then you barely hear it after that! The quality of GE is there and price is decent.

The guys were in and out in no time. They knew what they were doing and made it look easy. Very professional and courteous. Didn't even wake up our new born.

Joshua from Best Buy in Peoria, delivered and set my new LG Refrigerator. He did a great job, and fast too!! Joshua,has a great personality, was friendly, and on spot, as far knowing his job! He was absolutely awesome!! And very knowledgeable about things I ask about the refrigerator! We were truly impressed. I definitely give Joshua and Best Buy 5 stars! Oh, and by the way...I absolutely Love my new LG French Door refrigerator! Its the best ever! Lots of room, I Love that the shelves are adjustable, and the ice maker is the best!! I Love everything about it!! Thank you Best Buy!

We had two crews deliver this fridge due to a return/replace. The first crew was very careful. They stripped the box off right outside of our garage and used a dolly to wheel it into place, using a level to make sure it was flat. They also took care to remove the plastic and tape and manual. The second crew stripped the box at the truck and dragged the fridge on its feet into our garage. They only picked up a level when we offered it. The fridge almost already looked like it was returned once with scuff marks on the door and most of the plastic already out of it. We had to remove the rest and the manual ourselves.

What a deal! Nice and simple refrigerator, works very well and installation with the Geek Squad was a breeze. The only thing I will say about this fridge is that it makes a few strange sounds (one sounds like a cow's moo). It's easy to tune out but if you are sensitive to sounds, consider this when purchasing.

Installation went great installers did a excellent job

They installed it fine but took no wrapping off I was told to do it not their job because they might get fingerprints on refrigerator. They put handles on which means I have paper wrap left around handles because I can't see or know how to get handles off. Not good service especially for low vision senior citizens

The installers came on time and installed the refrigerator quickly and carefully. They took pains not to bump into walls and doorframes. They were courteous.

The install of our Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy was excellent. Although Best Buy sales indicates installers will hook up water line, installers said they don't hook up an existing line to the new fridge so my husband did that part. Good thing he could do that! If I was alone I would have had to hire someone else to do it. The installers also moved our existing fridge downstairs. That was not easy as doors to the fridge and house needed to be removed. Can't say enough of how easy the installers moved the old fridge and installed the new. The two installers worked so well together as a team.

We needed to get anew fridge because our older model kicked the bucket...so Best Buy's delivery crew set up our new one without issue.

This was for 2 refrigerators. The installation was OK and the installers were very nice. However I didn't think that the refrigerators were leveled properly. This needed to be done a couple time. By the Best Buy description, I thought that changing the door position from left to right was include. The installers said that it wasn't. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but because of the design, this was somewhat challenging and should be automatically included with any refrigerator installation.
