Had existing water line and cutoff valve. Techs hooked up braided line on fridge with coupling end and installed compression fitting on my existing line. I connected two tubes due to "liability" concerns. No leaks. Easy peasy!

This freezer did not have to be attached to anything but a plug. That was done with no trouble.

It's gorgeous and so sleek. I am glad I chose stainless steel appliances.

The guys arrived in time and are super reliable with halling away the old fridge (incouding taking the doors off so it can pass through the door way), installing and mew fridge and testing it.

I typically buy LG because after 15 years the compressor went bad and I’ve always had great luck with LG. Since they didn’t have any LGs in stock, after reading reviews I decided to buy it because I was desperate for a refrigerator. I had never purchased a Samsung so the verdict is still out on this. So far, it’s doing the job. Simple and sleek design. No Noh bells or whistles to it. No handles so expect to wipe down the front of the doors a lot due to finger prints. It is a pretty spacious fridge which I really like. On the freezer side on the bottom left door, it does not come with a wire accessory. You will have to pay extra for it. Something to keep in mind, if you’re using the ice feature, only use the cube ice DO NOT use the crushed ice feature. You will get a lot of frozen ice caught in the ice compartment and it’s a pain to remove it.

Love the new refrigerator. Plenty of room. Visibility inside looking for something is amazing. Also the freezer is easy to access all that’s inside.

The Best Buy installation team was excellent. Pedro and his team arrived on time, handled the delivery carefully, and set up the refrigerator quickly and professionally. They also made sure everything was level and working before leaving. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.

The installation was comprised of removing the box, packing materials and plugging in the freezer. This was the extent of the installation.

The installation went perfectly. It was so nice to not hear my husband yelling and cussing, as he usually does when doing something like this. The guys were wonderful!

Small enough to be used in my garage as a "backup". Big enough to handle larger items. Good-sized freezer. Only installed yesterday but seems to be running fine. It is a Whirlpool, which would be my next choice after a GE. All is good so far.

I did my research before buying, and knew what I want. When the fridge was installed, they did not install it level. It took about 6 hours on hold on multiple days, and two more visits, to get them back to level the fridge. When the folks who were supposed to install the water line did not arrive, I installed that myself and called to have my water installation refunded. They said they would do it, but never did. Finally, I had to challenge the charge on my card, and it's been almost 3 weeks, and my challenge has not even been acknowledged. So, mostly a problem with service and with Citibank, but I could have been happier. The fridge is fine.

I had a top of the line LG fridge for 5 years before it decided to die so I went with a more trusted brand. This Whirlpool fridge looks nice without all the bells and whistles with a reliability record better than LG. Satisfied

I needed a freezer for my shop. I saw this one on sale at Best Buy. I made the purchase. The delivery was perfect, as I paid for it to be installed in a more remote place. the guys brought my Little freezer right on up to my shop, plugged it in and made sure everything was perfect. All in all, this freezer is perfect

My husband and I measured and remeasured before we went shopping for our refrigerator. I have sewn for decades. My husband worked construction. We are both familiar with measurements. The installers did a great job installing the fridge; however, one of the installers told us multiple times the refrigerator would not fit our space. We gave him our measurements. He did his own measurements and measured the fridge. It fit with little room to spare and looks great!

Delivery went well. Refrigerator works, but a little noisy. I am very disappointed the deliverers did not change door direction. I am an elite customer and purchased geek coverage, but no one has offered to change the doors.

the install process was smooth and simple. the team came within the given window, and even gave me a heads up call specifically when on the way. even out of my 3rd floor walk up, the team arrived, removed my old fridge, and installed the new one all in a matter of 30 minutes.
