Refrigerator install was supposed to include placement in house with water line connection. Nobody asked which way I wanted the doors to open and, when I noticed the doors were being put on opposite of what I wanted, I asked them to reverse what they were doing. Even though ours was much easier than the guys were expecting (garage delivery with no water line install), they claimed they couldn’t put more time into this install and that the instructions explained how I can reverse the doors.

Service was outstanding! Anwar is just awesome. Best Buy should have several Anwar’s. He is polite, eager to help and goes the extra Mike for the customer, this gentleman should be teaching customer service to staff, he’s that good. Thank you Anwar!

The first installers did not do a proper install but second time was ok

Installation was fast and flawless. No issues. Doors aren't flush, but that's not the installers' fault.

The refrigerator installation (to existing waterline) was very easy with the kit included in the package.

Usually getting installation services is a very dicey game. Recently I purchase these services for a large TV and it was not a good experience at all. But with the fridge/freezer installation here I've had nothing but excellent experiences. We purchase several of these annually and the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail are excellent.

Great fridge. Our 2nd Samsung in 2 years (after moving). We really like the small door opening for milk, etc rather than having to open the big door. And the middle drawer is very useful. One flaw is the middle shelf behind the dual door, it has a large bracket that limits height of items. I can't see why it is so deep.

I have a fridge with water and ice dispenser and I did not have a water source close so I bought this to make it work. I have a water gallon as the source. I do not like that when the water level is low for a long period it can cause a problem.
