Spacious refrigerator for the price and great customer service. This is perfect for our basement room. The first delivery had some dents so they replaced it with a new one without any issues. Not the quietest one though.

They were great installing fridge. Did miss a slight piece of protective film at top of door, but being taller than most may be the only reason I even noticed.

The company that installed my refrigerator were excellent. They arrive on time, were very clean did not scratch up my floor of my walls when bringing in the refrigerator. This is a replacement fridge. Works great so far. Had same model for only 1 and1/2 years and it had to be replaced. Last one made loud noises then started leaking. Geek Squad tried but could not fix the problem. Delivery people were terrible. Did damage to my doorway and to the fridge.

Having a couple of guys bring me my new fridge and haul away the old one is a huge advantage over trying to do it myself.

The install went so quickly and easily. These guys do so many they have it down to a science. I'd say they were finished in under 20 minutes. Everything is working as it should.

So far so good. The LG app is nice. For the price we paid the features are good. It doesn't use the linear type compressor that LG is notoriously known for which is a Hugh plus. The one downside to the refrigerator that I notice so far is the shelves don't quite have enough height to put tall bottles in, without removing a shelf. Not a big deal as the door has space for tall bottles. The ice and water has a plastic off gassing type smell. I've ran upwards of 10 gallons through the machine and it still tastes like it. I've read that it's normal for a new refrigerator so I keep dumping ice and running water through it. It's only been about a week so I'll give it another month before I edit this review to let you guys know, if the taste goes away I'll edit most of this complaint away. Other than that the refrigerator is really nice. Doors are solid. Doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply built. The water filter is in the door for anyone wondering. Only installation issue was the water hose best buy sold us for $29.99, was just a few inches too short iirc. so we bought our own. I don't think they took the $29.99 off of the, order so I'll be calling to push for that refund.

Joshua from Best Buy in Peoria, delivered and set my new LG Refrigerator. He did a great job, and fast too!! Joshua,has a great personality, was friendly, and on spot, as far knowing his job! He was absolutely awesome!! And very knowledgeable about things I ask about the refrigerator! We were truly impressed. I definitely give Joshua and Best Buy 5 stars! Oh, and by the way...I absolutely Love my new LG French Door refrigerator! Its the best ever! Lots of room, I Love that the shelves are adjustable, and the ice maker is the best!! I Love everything about it!! Thank you Best Buy!

Water line hook up was a breeze. They did a fantastic job and made sure everything was working and no leaks.
