There was a couple scratches on the refrigerator and Best Buy replaced without any problems. Thanks Best Buy — we will be back.

Upon arrival, they were very courteous and professional. They explained the features on my freezer and asked if I had any additional questions prior to their departure. The team was very efficient. Geek Squad delivery and installation

Extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. They took their time explaining things and cleaned up when they left. You have 2 very good employees.

They also removed all of the packing materials, cardboard, etc. and walked us through using the water/ice making process. Overall excellent work.
