Craft Ice has to be programmed daily. Freezer drawers are very very low for older people. Pros: very sleek looking, packed well cools great, freezes well.

The water line was hooked up and the water dispenser was flushed and he gave us instructions for prepping the ice machine.

The time was taken to show us all the features of the refrigerator and how to change all settings with a lot of patience and caring. Thank you so much!!!!

2nd time worked

Geek Squad is great

The installers were on-time, very careful, and did a great installation. I took for granted Best Buy until we had problems with appliance delivery and installation from two other big-box stores. I highly recommend Best Buy.

Samsung Refrigerator Delivered Right!!!

Took the time to explain what we needed to do after it was plugged in for awhile. Re-explained the return policy if for some reason we were not satisfied with the product. These guys were great!!!! The product keeps the food cold and freezes ice very quickly.
