Excellent Delivery

It wouldn't fit through the front door and they were able to take it down the side of the house and in the back. It was a tight fit but they did it, no scratches and it was QUICK. They were super friendly, wore masks, hauled my old fridge out and had everything set up and working in about 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Very Professional Installation

It was free with my Best Buy membership as an added bonus.

Fridge is great but beware of delivery team!!

As well as my front door by the delivery guys. The replacement fridge arrives by a new delivery team who sees the damage done to my front door so they took my front door off the hinges and had no problem getting the refrigerator inside the house. This delivery team reported the damage done to my front door and tells me someone will be in contact with me….but no one has called or responded to the damage done by the first delivery team. My new fridge seems to be working great and the extra ice feature is pretty awesome. But because of the delivery team gouging out the wood on my front door and then not taking care of it leaves me no choice but to leave a low rating. Totally recommend the fridge but don’t have it delivered by Best Buy!
