It's pretty simple, they have the fridge delivered and put in place. Saved me from having to haul it inside and through door ways. Well worth the money for this service.

Geek squad came on time to deliver. Hooked up our ice maker and everything is working great.

I had my previous order switched since it wont fit my space. They provided good service. Took the first fridge and installed the second one. It took them a few minutes for the whole process. Good work!

Installation was poor. They attempted to hook up my existing waterline to the refrigerator. Upon purchase of the refrigerator, i was told i must purchase a new waterline. They retrieved it from the truck, then i was told they will leave it for me to connect. After i refused, they replaced my waterline with the new one. The doors were not aligned. Installer was not knowledgeable enough to fix it. After they left, my refrigerator, i noticed, was not running. I called the store to be told since they just had someone there to deliver it (service call), i could not have another service call the same say. A service call appointment was made for 5 days later! Thank God for YouTube! I reseached for the next 12 hours how to get my refrigerator to run. Found a video of the same refrigerator with the same problem. Through that, i fixed my own refrigerator to get it running.

Delivery was great and setup was also good. I had already set up a water line so I didn't need to use the water kit.

The perfect package for what I needed to install my new refrigerator! Highly recommend!

Good experience, he had good knowledge, but could have given some more inputs and information of the overall usage, but would still recommend as I was able to figure out a few more feature usage!

The second group of guys who brought the refrigerator and hooked it up were FANTASTIC.. the first group.. NOT SO MUCH... first group claimed that the snow on the driveway (there was no snow) prevented them from delivery... based on their behavior I would have never used BestBuy again for ANYTHING.

installation went well. delivery persons were very careful with product, and seemed knowledgeable about product., Didn't know about doors not opening wide enough when they were here. When we did finally get in touch with the store they only suggested moving the unit so doors will open wider. the door will not open wider!!! Guess we have to live with it.
