We have been shocked by the other guys (Home Depot and Lowes) horrible delivery service. Best Buy is no nonsense, get the job done right the first time. Absolutely the best delivery and set-up with no surprises.

Team of two guys came to the house to the installation hook it all up in a little disappointed evidently the handle and my valve is stripped for my icemaker they could've taken up your players and turned the valve to get it to work but wouldn't. Otherwise they did a great job.

The guys that brought my fridge were very polite and helpful. However, I wish I had thought to ask them to adjust the front feet higher than the rear feet, on the fridge so the door would self-close. Hope this helps someone else.

Drew and his partner were top notch. Very personable and knew exactly what to do with refrigerator to get the doors off to bring it into the house. Very pleased with this crew. They did a great job with presenting my new refrigerator. Installing and cleaning up was done to perfection. So pleased.
