The only thing they left behind was the filter that goes inside the refrigerator. I think it probably got lost in the packaging. Otherwise, I’m happy with Best Buy delivery and installation service.

Clean their Mess

I will recommend them to someone who is concerned with people walking and coming into your home with baby fingers on floors. They took the old refrigerator away with ease. The guy even turned off the water to the previous fridge and cleaned any mess that happened from dripping of water.

The two guys worked quickly to remove the old freezer, place the new freezer and level it(sort of). In total, they were finished 10 minutes after arriving.
