The first 2 guys were very professional & knew what they were doing & had me look at it before they brought it in & that’s when we noticed the dents & scratches. They called someone who I was able to talk to & got the new one ordered. They left the first one for me to use. The 2nd set of guys didn’t seem to be as knowledgeable as the first ones. I’m the one that told them they were going to have to take the door off to get it in. Plus they left a lot of the “Saran wrap” in places that were noticeable. I told them they needed to take all that off. They acted like it was a real bother to have to do that. After they left I had to move the refrigerator toward the wall because it was sticking out about 2ft!

The company that installed my refrigerator were excellent. They arrive on time, were very clean did not scratch up my floor of my walls when bringing in the refrigerator. They were very professional and polite. Please best buy keep this company. They have the Chic-Fil-A era going on. They truly reward you with their pleasure to service you.

The Installation men were incredible. They carried the Big LG FRENCH DOOR FRIDGE UP OUR NARROW STAIRCASE. GREAT JOB. SET IT ALL UP EXPLAINED AND CLEANED UP..Very pleased .

Great install team- really know their stuff, very careful about narrow space for the Frig. Worked quickly and kept its apprised of progress and any problems they encountered. Completed install in less than 90 minutes- very impressive- arrived one time and were very professional in all their work

So far so good. The LG app is nice. For the price we paid the features are good. It doesn't use the linear type compressor that LG is notoriously known for which is a Hugh plus. The one downside to the refrigerator that I notice so far is the shelves don't quite have enough height to put tall bottles in, without removing a shelf. Not a big deal as the door has space for tall bottles. The ice and water has a plastic off gassing type smell. I've ran upwards of 10 gallons through the machine and it still tastes like it. I've read that it's normal for a new refrigerator so I keep dumping ice and running water through it. It's only been about a week so I'll give it another month before I edit this review to let you guys know, if the taste goes away I'll edit most of this complaint away. Other than that the refrigerator is really nice. Doors are solid. Doesn't feel flimsy or cheaply built. The water filter is in the door for anyone wondering. Only installation issue was the water hose best buy sold us for $29.99, was just a few inches too short iirc. so we bought our own. I don't think they took the $29.99 off of the, order so I'll be calling to push for that refund.

Gorgeous Refrigerator, auto fill function is fun, nice water flow, It's big so be sure you have enough clearance to open the doors fully.

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Smarthub TV and the installation service from Best Buy was on point. My spouse was at home when they arrived and she usually has complaints about installer. She was happy as can be. She said that they were quick, efficient, and explained everything about the product. They were in and out in a flash. Happy Wife, Happy Life. Thanks Best Buy.

The first refrigerator delivered was physically damaged. According to the delivery men, this is a not uncommon situation due to them being stacked too high in the warehouse. A few days later, a second fridge was delivered which did not work (kept nothing cold), resulting in approximately $250 in lost/spoiled food (for which I was partly reimbursed $200). The third fridge delivered a week later had a chunk missing from one of the shelf guide rails, but so far has otherwise worked well so I'm keeping it and cutting my losses.

the install process was smooth and simple. the team came within the given window, and even gave me a heads up call specifically when on the way. even out of my 3rd floor walk up, the team arrived, removed my old fridge, and installed the new one all in a matter of 30 minutes.

It's a beautiful refrigerator. It fits perfectly, has lots of room. The door however ended up squeaking really bad and it has to b e replaced.

The 2 guys arrived on time and quickly there was a problem with the water shut off valve. After a few minutes I had someone go on to the roof of the building and shut off the water for the entire "line". Ok. That problem was solved. They quickly disconnected and removed the old fridge. They then carefully installed the new one. Mission accomplished! So why not 5 stars? Here's why...NEITHER of the installers spoke English. So no communication...and during the few minutes of waiting for the water line problem to be resolved they apparently were ready to leave without installing the new fridge and with the old one still sitting outside my door. The non-English speaking installer had to call Best Buy to tell me this and I fought back a bit and said NO! By that time the problem had been solved. Unnecessary annoyance!
