The installers were super quick and professional even though it was a tough delivery. We live on a hill so they had to maneuver the fridge up the stairs and through a narrow gate, then go around the back of the house. They were super quick and did such a good job. It made us feel confident the fridge would be delivered with no damage.

The guys who delivered the refrigerator scratch it when they were putting on the door. Best Buy was willing to give me a 10% of the price gift card to make it right instead of doing a return.

I love my new fridge, but I was very unsatisfied with the delivery personnel. They were very rude and very unexperienced, I had to spend extra money just to get my fridge inside my kitchen, because Best Buy installer and delivery guys did not know how to bring frige in my kitchen and did know how to install waterline to the fridge. I love shopping and Best Buy, but I will never use there so call free delivery and set up ever again.

Installers arrived early within delivery window, which worked better for me. Very efficient and careful with rounding corners. Made quick and simple measurements to double check dimensions before physically shifting product around. Very friendly and courteous. Explained basic but not obvious features of products after install.

The Geek squad associates delivered, installed and hooked up our new fridge without a hitch ... at least not I. The appliance department. In the “watch-the-walls” department, they hit the wall with the corner of the fridge requiring spackling, sanding and repainting.

The refrigerator installation crew did a mediocre job. They seemed perturbed to having to remove the old refrigerator and merely placed the refrigerator in the space. They did not set the anti-tip brackets and we had to remove all of the interior shipping materials. Given there is styrofoam that is integral part of the refrigerator that was risk that the customer would remove something that should stay in the refrigerator. The installers also spoke very little English so it was hard to communicate with them.
