The team showed up and did an awesome job delivering my new unit and installing the water line.

It worked great no complaints. It’s doing what it’s supposed to do at a great cost.

Very professional service techs. They arrived on time removed the old refrigerator and gave me time to clean up under it while the were unboxing the new one. They hooked it up , put it in place and leveled it.

The cooling system for both fridge and freezer are outstanding. Delivery as usual was smooth. I recommend this product.

Installation went well and the delivery guys gave me an update on the product. Worked out great.

The refrigerator works fine, I just don't like the noise it makes. I sent the first one back and got a replacement. I can still hear the noise it sounds like a cow.

The installers did an excellent job! They had great knowledge of the product and its installation. They did a remarkable job of getting my refrig where it needed to go. I am so pleased with Jasper and Kyle’s work! They arrived promptly, wore masks for everyone’ s safety, and cleaned up so well after themselves.

Think about how often you hook up a new appliance and compare it to someone who does it all day, every day for a living and make your choice. These guys were pros. Took front door off hinges like it was no big deal, then put it back on once they were done. Nice job installing our new refrigerator.

Refrigerator installation was done right. No issues till date

This fridge fit perfectly and looks good. There is an issue with condensation in freezer compartment, enough to have frost and ice buildup on outside of drawers. Also was delivered with small ding and cracked bottom of door compartment. Support said it was defective and arranged for an exchange. The delivery date was scheduled for a month later. Despite confirmations, no delivery occurred. No one called to give me any update and no one in support or delivery has called to address this issue.

Seems we have reviewed this before, but nobody is paying attention: the INSIGNIA REFRIGERATOR WE BOUGHT FROM YOU SUCKS FOR THESE REASONS: MISSING SHELVING BOTH IN FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR AREAS, UNBALANCED DOORS THAT ARE IMPROPERLY WEIGHTED SO THEY MUST BE CLOSED MANUALLY (AND FORCEFULLY); STRANGE GROANING COMES FROM INSIDE! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! WE FEEL CHEATED AND DO NOT EVER INTEND TO SHOP FOR APPLIANCES AT BEST BUY AGAIN!

I did not have the ice maker connected because I like bottle or filtered water.

Quan & Dez we’re great delivery guys. Not like the last guys we had..George & guy in truck. Guest the 2nd time around was the best!!! It’s really sad to make a purchase & the delivery team (George & guy in truck who did not even get out) don’t care to do their job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
