They did an ok job, I have no real problems with the installation. I should have asked them to wait and check that the ice makers would work. They should have told us that the ice makers would not work until the freezer and fridge got cold enough for the ice makers to start producing ice. We thought that the ice makers were faulty at first. They did seem to be in a big hurry to get things done so they could move to the next location. I personally like to have people take their time, because when people take their time, it seems like they have fewer mistakes, and rush things, and not fill in the important information to tell people.

Installers from Best Buy are professional and do a great job. Recommend using the service.

I am very satisfied with my Insignia 18 cu. ft. refrigerator. It maintains temperature well. I like that it is quieter than the Frigidaire I had before. It is a good bargain.

It couldn't be installed as the water pipes we saw behind the old fridge were for heating. It required more than just connecting to the existing plumbing, so they left the kit I purchased and I called the plumber.

Water line is installed very professionally, with minimal difficulty. Very pleasant installer.

The guys who came to do install our fridge were nice, professional, and they worked quickly. Overall things were fine and the fridge is in place, level, and working. However, they did scratch my floors when moving the fridges (not too major, but I definitely notice it), and they didn't open the valve to the water supply line enough for it to actually work... I thought something was wrong with the ice maker, as we were getting almost no ice at all even several days after the install. Decided to check the valve and sure enough, it was barely open at all. So we fixed that ourselves and now we're getting tons of ice. But again, they were courteous workers- there were just some things that could have been better.
