Called in advance to let us know they would be here in 10 minutes. Product was in perfect condition with no issues during installation. The installer explained what we had to do and we were done in under 30 minutes.

Fridge still not functioning properly Bad install

No help from Best Buy. Just said told me to contact Samsung. Very dissatisfied with service and product

This is replacement unit and it still is failing. Calling them now for a new visit after it continues to freeze food in the fridge upper cabinet. DO NOT BUY MAYTAG.

Very poor installation

They attempted to hook up my existing waterline to the refrigerator. Upon purchase of the refrigerator, i was told i must purchase a new waterline. They retrieved it from the truck, then i was told they will leave it for me to connect. After i refused, they replaced my waterline with the new one. The doors were not aligned. Installer was not knowledgeable enough to fix it. After they left, my refrigerator, i noticed, was not running. I called the store to be told since they just had someone there to deliver it (service call), i could not have another service call the same say. A service call appointment was made for 5 days later! Thank God for YouTube! I reseached for the next 12 hours how to get my refrigerator to run. Found a video of the same refrigerator with the same problem. Through that, i fixed my own refrigerator to get it running.
