The water line was hooked up and the water dispenser was flushed and he gave us instructions for prepping the ice machine.

That said, it took 4 tries to get a refrigerator that was not dented. I will say the last crew that delivered the refrigerator was the best of them all but that makes them a 10 with the rest of the crews ranging from 7.5-9
