This is replacement unit and it still is failing. Calling them now for a new visit after it continues to freeze food in the fridge upper cabinet. DO NOT BUY MAYTAG.

Schedule is inconvenient

I called several times to schedule the time AFTER I get off from work. But Best buy didnt care. They showed up within the time window they gave and has caused me the inconvenience of asking my boss to leave early and took a paid cut. I wish Best Buy would provide a smaller schedule window. Other than that I love the workers, they were very nice and professional.

Scheduled Delivery of New Freezer

Great delivery service, poor customer service.

However, we had three crews come to replace 2 new Whirlpool refrigerators that were not functioning and finally delivering an LG. In Hawaii, it is customary to tip delivery persons and the total has been $140.00 for three deliveries two for broken refrigerators.
