Frustrations due to no setup done by delivery peop

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The freezer unit is very nice - once the user navigates the unhelpful manual, which shows how to adjust the freezer temp but doesn't inform until a separate section two pages later (and there it isn't clear, either) that the lock must first be disabled to engage the freezer and that must be done whenever any changes are to be made. This should have been done as part of the installation setup; the delivery guys just put the unit in the kitchen and left.

Easy refund when not done

Not a satisfied customer

Also, the door handles did not line up. Called for service to change the doors. Techs showed up to install a refrigerator and would not change the doors around. They said that was the service department responsibility. Don’t know what caused that mistake. Techs showed up a second time. They did change the doors around, but broke off the little plastic pins that fill in the screw holes on top of the refrigerator. They also, left the refrigerator dirty with hand marks and plastic glue marks all over it. Not a happy customer who has spent a lot of money over the years with Best Buy.

Perfect installation

I had the ice maker water turned off before they got here and the old fridge pulled out so I could clean before they got here - if you can manage that, it's good to have a little time to really give it a good scrub.
