Everything went perfectly with the installation. I had the ice maker water turned off before they got here and the old fridge pulled out so I could clean before they got here - if you can manage that, it's good to have a little time to really give it a good scrub.

Our existing water line hooked up perfectly to the water connection on the fridge.

The installation crew, I believe there names were Luis & Eric, were very conscientious & efficient. Luis contacted customer service for me to report a dent in frig' door that was a result of shipping damage. I received $100 discount as a result.

Very efficient and they problem solved as they went along because of no availability through the garage or front door. They were able to come in the back door through a screened in porch and into the family room and then into the kitchen. Worked quickly and were very courteous.

Very disappointed with the installers. One man was just there for as labor, The reason for the low rating was that they would not install the stainless steel Water Line Kit. The excuse was the water value on the wall was broken. I said I would call my Shea Homes Customer Service Representative and he would tell them where to shut off the main water line. They refused wait a few minutes and connected the old water line to my new refrigerator and then left. I called my Representative who replied immediately and told me where to shut-off the water. I then called the Best Buy installer's cell phone requesting that he return to complete the installation and install the new stainless steel water line kit. He said the dispatcher said he didn't have to return. He said if he came back it would be late and he would connect anything to the refrigerator. I expressed my disappointment and would report he didn't complete his work. On September 20th my plumber turned off water and installed the new water kit with no problem in less than 5 minutes. The plumber said the Best Buy install just made an excuse since the work was easy. I feel Best Buy made me pay for installation service that was not complete. Best Buy should review the work of their installation team. Quality of installation - Fair; Value of installation - Poor since had a Plumber install the water line; and Ease of Use - Poor since I was left with the old water line and didn't have the use of the new stainless steel water line for three weeks the time it took to get a good certified plumber appointment. Summary: Don't promised what your installers don't deliver. Customer Service is what makes the difference between companies. I will share this review with my friends.

runs good and is quiet but has an annoying thing of trying to start and run everytime you open the door it will try for 3 or 4 seconds and then stop trying
