Love the capability to open just a section of the fridge. Downfall- adds significant dimension to width and EZ to not close properly. Took over 4 months and 5 deliveris to get this fridge

Nothing leaks and I’m happy with it. I can’t see anything wrong so I give 5 stars.

Many visits but issue is not resolved. Included instructions on the order to reverse the refrigerator door but after two visits, the door is on the wrong side.

Geek Squad did the install quickly and easily. a must have as the plastic ones can break.

The Haier refrigerator is a great product. It is very quiet and keeps everything perfectly cold. My wife and I are very satisfied with this purchase.

The Water in my new refrigerator is not drinkable. It has a chemical taste. For some reason after being transferred several times Best Buy decided to send the installation people out to check to make sure it was installed correctly (not sure how it could be installed incorrectly). They arrived thinking they were there to install a refrigerator. I told them what the problem was and they were confused why they were there (so was I). They checked it and said someone would call me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone.

This simply worked as expected! No issues in the installation. It came with a steel hose.

The freezer unit is very nice - once the user navigates the unhelpful manual, which shows how to adjust the freezer temp but doesn't inform until a separate section two pages later (and there it isn't clear, either) that the lock must first be disabled to engage the freezer and that must be done whenever any changes are to be made. This should have been done as part of the installation setup; the delivery guys just put the unit in the kitchen and left.

with this service they will only hook up the line but not make sure the water/ice is fully working when they leave. Our installers just told us to get a plumber to make sure it all worked. but since its sort of unavoidable when ordering a delivery, you have to get this item.

Install team was adequate, but not particularly polished. Didn’t have floor covering for carrying across carpet with messy conditions outside. I provided rugs/towels. They were willing to remove shoes, but not a safe move with a refrigerator carried by straps. They misplaced one of the plugs for the handle holes. I have not received this after over three weeks.

Installers tried everything to get it to work with no luck, st up apt with tech and was deemed unfixable.

I live in a small condo on the 2nd floor. The original delivery people claimed that our purchased fridge was too big but our two previous fridges were in similar sizes. Best Buy sent their two delivery specialists and brought it up with a smile... and quick too! I was super impressed! Highly recommended! They deserve a raise!
