New refrigerator for the garage

This purchase replaces ~20 year old Whirlpool. Chose this model for the lack of water, ice maker - didn’t need them and that afforded some additional room for storage. Service for the purchase by Larry was awesome and the unit was delivered and setup up as promised.

After buying additional appliances, we purchased the total tech and the store refunded the delivery and instillation, even though it had alredy been installed.

They were easily able to removed the old refrigerator and bring in the new one without removing the doors. They will make me go back to Best Buy!

Schedule is inconvenient

I called several times to schedule the time AFTER I get off from work. But Best buy didnt care. They showed up within the time window they gave and has caused me the inconvenience of asking my boss to leave early and took a paid cut. I wish Best Buy would provide a smaller schedule window. Other than that I love the workers, they were very nice and professional.
