The crew that best buy has is amazing they did a great job moving the fridge in and setting the water. Super friendly and used straps so the floor wasn’t scuffed by a hand truck.

I LOVE this refrigerator. I had problems with my older refrigerator's ice and water dispenser. I love the freezer at the bottom and the ice tray inside. Having the water dispenser on the inside door has been perfect. Great tasting water and no problems with the ice.

Set up went fine. They arrived early. My husband had to hurry home when we got the call that they were in our driveway.

Love the capability to open just a section of the fridge. Downfall- adds significant dimension to width and EZ to not close properly. Took over 4 months and 5 deliveris to get this fridge

And it does a great job. It is always a good idea to buy a new line with a new installation.

Very disappointed with the installers. One man was just there for as labor, The reason for the low rating was that they would not install the stainless steel Water Line Kit. The excuse was the water value on the wall was broken. I said I would call my Shea Homes Customer Service Representative and he would tell them where to shut off the main water line. They refused wait a few minutes and connected the old water line to my new refrigerator and then left. I called my Representative who replied immediately and told me where to shut-off the water. I then called the Best Buy installer's cell phone requesting that he return to complete the installation and install the new stainless steel water line kit. He said the dispatcher said he didn't have to return. He said if he came back it would be late and he would connect anything to the refrigerator. I expressed my disappointment and would report he didn't complete his work. On September 20th my plumber turned off water and installed the new water kit with no problem in less than 5 minutes. The plumber said the Best Buy install just made an excuse since the work was easy. I feel Best Buy made me pay for installation service that was not complete. Best Buy should review the work of their installation team. Quality of installation - Fair; Value of installation - Poor since had a Plumber install the water line; and Ease of Use - Poor since I was left with the old water line and didn't have the use of the new stainless steel water line for three weeks the time it took to get a good certified plumber appointment. Summary: Don't promised what your installers don't deliver. Customer Service is what makes the difference between companies. I will share this review with my friends.
