This was for 2 refrigerators. The installation was OK and the installers were very nice. However I didn't think that the refrigerators were leveled properly. This needed to be done a couple time. By the Best Buy description, I thought that changing the door position from left to right was include. The installers said that it wasn't. I'm fairly mechanically inclined, but because of the design, this was somewhat challenging and should be automatically included with any refrigerator installation.

Everything went great with the fridge install. Quick and easy process and have had no issues with it at all the last few months!

I would like to give two person, William and Tito, a thumbs up, who came to my home for installation of a replaced new refrigerator on September 11. Their professional and caring attitude gave me a very good impression. For comparison there are different person came to my home for installation and repairs without providing a good work.

The men who came to install my tefrigerator were awesome. They helped me realize the gurst fridge I bought woukd stick out 7 inches from counter. I refused delivery, and bought the Bosch. I had a 31 year old built in fridge that had to be removed. They took it out, cleaned up the floor area after 31 years, and installed my new refrigerator. They were great. I recommend them highly!

Quick and easy installation. The people handle my refrigerator with care and set up to my liking! 30 dollars was worth it when comparing it to me having to pick up from the store and carrying it to the destination I need it to be at home.

Techs were knowledgeable and fast! Moved our old fridge quickly and made it look easy!

Installation crew was very knowledgeable and professional. The installation of the fridge was fairly fast and went well without a hitch!

Installation was pretty straight forward. We did have to take the house entrance door of hinges and still all was done in about 45 min. The team definitely know what they are doing. Delivery plus installation is one of reasons we picked Best buy to get refrigerator from.

The Installation men were incredible. They carried the Big LG FRENCH DOOR FRIDGE UP OUR NARROW STAIRCASE. GREAT JOB. SET IT ALL UP EXPLAINED AND CLEANED UP..Very pleased .

The first 2 guys were very professional & knew what they were doing & had me look at it before they brought it in & that’s when we noticed the dents & scratches. They called someone who I was able to talk to & got the new one ordered. They left the first one for me to use. The 2nd set of guys didn’t seem to be as knowledgeable as the first ones. I’m the one that told them they were going to have to take the door off to get it in. Plus they left a lot of the “Saran wrap” in places that were noticeable. I told them they needed to take all that off. They acted like it was a real bother to have to do that. After they left I had to move the refrigerator toward the wall because it was sticking out about 2ft!

again, the crew was great and it was a service i was glad I paid for. Spend a few dollars and dont think about the installation

The delivery was delayed due to an unforeseen issue however Best Buy’s delivery team made things right. The gentlemen were polite, efficient and friendly.

They removed the old refrigerator and brought the new one in a tight situation. Did a great job there. However, their setup was very rushed and they did not level the refrigerator because they were in a rush and they were getting frustrated with the removal of the grill to level it. They were insisting that it was supposed to be that way. I got frustrated and I just wanted them to go and I would do it myself. Overall, worth it to get the old fridge out and the new one in, you may need to be prepared to do the finer points of installation yourself.

Took several tries before I received one without dings or scratches. Otherwise I really like the refrigerator and the delivery guys were great.

Works great haven had any problems with it plenty of room easy to clean . My wife likes it very much and also likes the color. the freezer keeps everything perfectly cold and is very quiet smooth when running. We like the room on the door selves also . It's a good buy if you ask me.

Delivered actually when they stated they would. We really like the refrigerator.
