Useless trip

It has a chemical taste. For some reason after being transferred several times Best Buy decided to send the installation people out to check to make sure it was installed correctly (not sure how it could be installed incorrectly). They arrived thinking they were there to install a refrigerator. I told them what the problem was and they were confused why they were there (so was I). They checked it and said someone would call me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone.

Needs a Little TLC!
