Never use it but it looks useable. Product is good.

I like the product although it does make strange noises sometimes not sure if that’s normal

It was good overall. I just had an old refrigerator, and I asked the guy to move it somewhere else. In moving, the guy damaged one of my furnitures. It wasn't that big of deal, but that was the only thing.

They would not Connection to Existing Waterline because shutoff was not behind refrigerator in was inside of cabinet under sink. I made the connection. It took 30 seconds. Screwed my existing line to the back of the flex line on the back of new frig. All good!

Installers were very efficient, professional and courteous.

Installers had no issues hooking up our new fridge to existing water lines. Works well!

delivery team was great, very mindful not to damage anything in home, friendly. Only negative was I could tell they were heavy smokers and they made my house smell of smoke as well while they were here, which lingered after they left

The guys who delivered were very communicative, asked before doing anything and were efficient. They did knock my wall a bit but I was offered a gift card for Best Buy for the inconvenience which I’m still waiting to receive and it’s been a month

This review is on the final installation. The crew was polite, efficient and moved quickly to provide an excellent installation. A thorough explanation of the usage of the water dispenser & ice maker was given, including a reminder to wipe down with sanitizing wipes as well as to how much to dispense prior to drinking.

Love my new refrigerator. The team that installed it were very knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and took great care not to scratch or dent the walls or the refrigerator in a very tight fit

Set up went fine. They arrived early. My husband had to hurry home when we got the call that they were in our driveway.

These guys were a third party delivery and not Best Buy delivery guys which I understand has to happen sometimes with so many deliveries. These guys were horrible. They moved other furniture without asking. They left parts of the old refrigerator for me to dispose of and I paid for haul away. They knocked an antique vase of a shelf and when I found it on the floor and asked them, they played dumb and said they had no idea what happened. They were in a hurry and it showed.

This was my second install. First not good. Second good. Had to return the first refrigerator probably due to installation and door wouldn’t stay closed. Second install was fine

This product was recommended for this refrigerator and it is working as should be.

the guys did a good job overall, I was not there but they took their time, were careful setting it up and my only "complaint" was that there must be some way to set the base or wheels or feet so that the whole fridge doesn't pull towards me when I open the freezer.

We got first delivery on Friday by Tuesday we were getting new fridge. First delivery people kinked the hose so no water or ice was producing like it should. Second delivery crew left all the plastic on the bins and didn't clean up very well when they left.

They did an excellent job. Very please with the job they did.
