Best one got away

The door couldn't be gotten from Samsung. So had to pick a new fridge.

Great Service, flawed merchandise

Unfortunately, the new unit had a defective door gasket that did not seal the refrigerator properly. Best Buy will be bringing a new replacement unit soon.

They arrived when they said they would and they worked diligently and efficiently to install our new refrigerator. I highly recommend the Best Buy delivery and installation service. Best home delivery and installation experience we have ever had.

I appreciate them being respectful and quick. I don’t remember their names, but one of them has a cat named Goku. Please give Goku a little kiss on the forehead for me.

Had to return the first refrigerator probably due to installation and door wouldn’t stay closed. Second install was fine
