Be prepared!!!

Well, I measured several times to make sure but I didn't expect the bottom and the top of the opening to be different sizes. So they could not install my water supply but did everything they could. I did it myself the next day without much issue after the fridge would fit.

They contacted me a day beforehand and that day to keep me apprised of their schedule and arrived when they said they would. They were quick, clean and courteous. they also moved the old refrigerator to a new location. great overall experience

Very efficient delivery process

Took their time and carefully unpacked, unwrapped and slid the new refrigerator in place. No mess. Called periodically to update on their delivery arrival which was extremely courteous and helpful. Delivered on time!

On time, fast, professional

They removed the old frig and installed the new one promptly. The one negative is they don’t remove the internal wrapping or install the extra shelves. Customers have to do that themselves. they were knowledgeable and explained how long until I could put food back (two hours) and how long until ice (24 hours).

Quick and efficient!

They wore their protective masks as required and they even let me know that I didn't purchase the hose necessary to hook up the water/ice (an oversight on my part). I was glad to know that I needed one and went to the store myself and bought one and hooked it up!

Refrigerator Delivery and Install

Their service was very efficient and professional. Thge doors had to be removed in order to clear our outside door, the doors were reinstalled without a problem. Excellent Service !
