Very Professional & Friendly Installation

Highly recommend!

The guys who delivered /installed were great! I wish I could remember their names but I know for sure they spoke Spanish since we spoke in Spanish!

They got the job done

They left a pretty big mess on the floor that the guys delivering the other appliances didn’t do. Gotta cut them a little slack cause the weather was nasty. Would have been nice if they could speak English too.

Second time worked. No customer service

My refrigerator was sent to some warehouse. Instead of fixing the issue and getting the fridge, they made me get back in line and wait another week for my fridge. Customer service told me id get a $70.00 credit. And a call back about the issue. As of today. Neither ever happened. The second set of technicians were great. Got here on time quickly removed the old fridge and put in the new.

replacement frig customer

They even helped resolve a problem with removing a door from frame so the frig could be fit through it. I had checked the size of the new frig and the front doorway, but the kitchen doorway was smaller. They also removed the old frig with no problems.

One of the doors does not seem to be opening all the way as the door gets in the way of the deli drawer. When I get a chance to get in a store I will verify that

Being late was also not their fault. They are being over worked! Mine was their 18th delivery that day! and had one more to be done.
