The installers are conscientious, courteous, careful and quick. They were knowledgeable and demonstrated a concern for safety by handling the product safely and being aware of the furniture and household items. Also during these COVID times, they wore masks and maintained proper distance.

Installation not so stellar

Doors needed to be removed and first team didn’t know how to do that. The next week the team were very efficient at removing the doors and installing it however neither of them spoke English. And screws were missing so they couldn’t install the handles. It took another week or so before I could figure out how to order those and install them myself. Very disappointing service.

Installers hooked up ice maker

My wife was home when the installers came and they didn't use the new installation kit, instead they used the one already in place. I assume this was fine. It's been a month and we haven't had any issues so far.

The guys who came to install the fridge were very polite, respectful of the property, and professional.
