good service they did an amazing job and got everything working

Everything about delivery was great until we discovered after the delivery service left that there was a part missing from the front of the refrigerator. A tiny plug. After lots of back and forth, phone calls, chat sessions, emails, and a visit to the store, it was determined that this part cannot be replaced. it probably costs about $0.39 to manufacture, but Best Buy can only replace the entire refrigerator. So we are replacing. But there is clearly something wrong with the process of replacing small parts, especially cosmetic parts, on Insignia refrigerators! So, note to buyers: really look that fridge over carefully before the delivery personnel leave. If there's anything missing, it might be in the truck. If not... you might as well tell them to take it back and schedule deliv. for another one. I'm giving the 'break down' 5 stars because the guys were great. It's not their fault BestBuy can't mail you a tiny plastic plug.

There’s not too much I can say. They came and hooked up to my connection. No leaks.

The techs came and installed our new LG refrigerator very quickly and efficiently. Took their time and carefully unpacked, unwrapped and slid the new refrigerator in place. No mess. Called periodically to update on their delivery arrival which was extremely courteous and helpful. Delivered on time!

So these guys were awesome. Delivery called once they were headed my way and they used some cool belt device to get it in the house, with ease. The delivery came with instructions as well as expectations on when the product would get cold.

New refrigerator...new water lines. It just makes sense. Happy with my product!

It was good overall. I just had an old refrigerator, and I asked the guy to move it somewhere else. In moving, the guy damaged one of my furnitures. It wasn't that big of deal, but that was the only thing.

Never use it but it looks useable. Product is good.

Installation done on day scheduled and very quick. I only wish there was some guidance on its features, which are many and digital. Other than that, everything went very smooth.

They came pretty much on time and had the old one out and the new one in fairly fast.

So far, so good. No issues whatsoever. Been working for a couple years now.

I recommend the installation to existing water source. We found out ours was not turned on so we had to go to the basement to find the turn on and turn it on. It was in the drop ceiling which was easy to access . We chose this as we just moved and all my tools are still packed. I had other things to work on and organize so this service was helpful

Have to get doors taken off fridge for install, for $24.99 to get that done and fridge places for install is a good deal
