Although we ran into a slight problem. We had take off the doors to get the refrigerator in but we got it in. Now that's what I call a 10 ********** rating.

They took out the old refrigerator, installed the new one and reversed the refrigerator door. They came on time and were so neat and careful.

The crew was polite, efficient and moved quickly to provide an excellent installation. A thorough explanation of the usage of the water dispenser & ice maker was given, including a reminder to wipe down with sanitizing wipes as well as to how much to dispense prior to drinking.

Had an issue with my waterline to my ice maker and Best Buy were so patient until i got it taken care of and with just one phone call BB were back at my doir to complete the connection.

Installer went above and beyond
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.During our initial walk through of the delivery path we noticed that one turn was too narrow for the refrigerator to fit through. Undetered, the installers devised an alternate solution which involved taking the doors off and lifting the refrigerator almost 5 feet! This is no small achievement since the appliance is almost 300 lbs. Needless to say, they earned their delivery charge that day :-)

Everything was done carefully and they made sure they didn't damage any parts of my new home. I did have to have a return in exchange due to it coming broken and not knowing until using the water. So i no longer have this fridge. I don't recommend it.
