The crew was very nice and installed it very quickly.

The installation by the Geek Squad of my new Samsung refrigerator went very smoothly. They came when they said they would, they gave me a little time to clean under the old fridge, and had it hooked up and were back on their way again in a timely manner. Both of the guys were very friendly and efficient.

The people doing the installation were very good and explained everything to us about our new unit. My wife like the strap they used to carry in the new freezer making it look so easy.

The installation team were very efficient and personable. The old refrigerator was relocated in our garage and the new one was in place in a very short time. Brent took the time to give us instructions and listen to our questions. He also left his phone number in case we had more questions.

delivery guys are courteous and called in advance. arriving on time as told over the phone. hauled the old refridgerator away and help us cleaned up the new refridgerator by removing all the plastics and tapes which was inside the comparment.

It took two different teams - two different trips before my refrigerator could be installed. Doors needed to be removed and first team didn’t know how to do that. The next week the team were very efficient at removing the doors and installing it however neither of them spoke English. And screws were missing so they couldn’t install the handles. It took another week or so before I could figure out how to order those and install them myself. Very disappointing service.

The guys were great! Everything was done carefully and they made sure they didn't damage any parts of my new home. I did have to have a return in exchange due to it coming broken and not knowing until using the water. So i no longer have this fridge. I don't recommend it.

I haven’t had to buy a refrigerator in a very long time. From start to finish I had the best experience. The delivery guys were great. They took extreme care with installing my refrigerator. They took pride in their work. They were professional and very polite. Hope they are the delivery guys again on my next big purchase.

The crew that best buy has is amazing they did a great job moving the fridge in and setting the water. Super friendly and used straps so the floor wasn’t scuffed by a hand truck.

Great delivery guys, however, could have been near the first deliveries of the day if they looked at the address, instead was last of the day. Would appreciate if the plastic shrink wrap on the doors could be removed or done differently so I don't have little pieces of blue plastic at odd places near the seams of my doors.

Used the tools to hook up the water line to new fridge. Very easy to do.

James was kind enough to even remove the plastic for me.

The Best Buy delivery guys hooked up the fridge to the water and it works great!
