Door reversal gone wrong

The first attempt resulted in the door scraping the top of the freezer door. The 2nd attempt resulted in a broken shelf door. The 3rd attempt brought us another new refrigerator. The door reversal process went smooth but there still seems to be a hitch and a clunk when closing the door. These delivery guys need to be better trained.

I appreciate them being respectful and quick. I don’t remember their names, but one of them has a cat named Goku. Please give Goku a little kiss on the forehead for me.

It is an amazing refrigerator I can keep the food separated on categories and can set different temperatures!

Scheduled Delivery of New Freezer

Totally disappointed with many of your delivery service personnel and extremely grateful for the Polaris Appliance Store personnel.
