I had to have a refrigerator exchanged and they were very careful and professional. The delivery was effortless to track via text and they called one half hour before arriving.

They did knock my wall a bit but I was offered a gift card for Best Buy for the inconvenience which I’m still waiting to receive and it’s been a month

Refrigerator install

I showed them where i wanted my new Samsung refrigerator and within minutes it was installed. Both guys were so nice and still very professional.

Door reversal gone wrong

The first attempt resulted in the door scraping the top of the freezer door. The 2nd attempt resulted in a broken shelf door. The 3rd attempt brought us another new refrigerator. The door reversal process went smooth but there still seems to be a hitch and a clunk when closing the door. These delivery guys need to be better trained.
