Great delivery

The only issue was the freezer was missing a handle which eventually was mailed to me. The delivery guys were nice and got the job done quickly.

I've always had good experiences with Geek Squad. this installation was no different. Very friendly and informative. The two men carried this heavy refrigerator down stairs like it was light as a feather. Amazing!

On time, fast, professional

They removed the old frig and installed the new one promptly. The one negative is they don’t remove the internal wrapping or install the extra shelves. Customers have to do that themselves. they were knowledgeable and explained how long until I could put food back (two hours) and how long until ice (24 hours).

They had it done and ready to in about 30 minutes from when they arrived. They cleaned up all the packaging and plastic coating and left no mess. Very polite and respectful. Great job.

Their work ethic is 10/10, but their ability to handle extra requests feels like their life depends on it. Very courteous and professional. They just seemed drained or tired. Give these men a vacation

Frig installation good

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the guys did a good job overall, I was not there but they took their time, were careful setting it up and my only "complaint" was that there must be some way to set the base or wheels or feet so that the whole fridge doesn't pull towards me when I open the freezer.
