I've always had good experiences with Geek Squad. this installation was no different. Very friendly and informative. The two men carried this heavy refrigerator down stairs like it was light as a feather. Amazing!

They waited patiently while I ran around looking for the water main. Once they were ready to work it took just a few minutes to set up. I would ask for them again

The guys who came to install the fridge were very polite, respectful of the property, and professional.

Very professional, and courteous to our home. We've ordered from a "Home store" and they caused over $10,000 of damage delivering the SAME fridge in a larger space in our old home. Best Buy delivery didn't even leave fingerprints.

Best one got away

The door couldn't be gotten from Samsung. So had to pick a new fridge.

They were extremely polite. They were professional. The one issue is they forgot to turn on the water going to the icemaker.
