This was a warranty replacement, they hauled the defective fridge away quickly as well. No issues, went smoothly.

However, I wish when they changed the handle on the door they would have taken off the advertisement sticker! They screwed the door handle right on top of it.

Very good refrigerator

Two-man team (headed by Eric) were on time, super-efficient, friendly, cleaned up adfterward. They are one of the major reasons I'll be coming to BestBuy first for appliance purchases.

Great installers

They double checked to make sure everything is working and there are no leaks. Then they did a final leveling to line up with the cabinet that this fits into. Then they took away the old fridge and cleaned up everything. Great work.

The service technician was punctual and very professional. After 6 months I still have had no issues with my refrigerator and water line, that was purchased @ Best Buy.

They had it done and ready to in about 30 minutes from when they arrived. They cleaned up all the packaging and plastic coating and left no mess. Very polite and respectful. Great job.
