Had an issue with my waterline to my ice maker and Best Buy were so patient until i got it taken care of and with just one phone call BB were back at my doir to complete the connection.

The guys who delivered /installed were great! I wish I could remember their names but I know for sure they spoke Spanish since we spoke in Spanish!

Although we ran into a slight problem. We had take off the doors to get the refrigerator in but we got it in. Now that's what I call a 10 ********** rating.

Then used a new fangled lifting strap setup to carry refrigerator into house and set in place. Never seen this before but it sure worked on the tight spacing we had. Great guys that knew what they were doing.

They made sure we had all questions answered, balanced and making ice before they left. IMPORTANT NOTE. When they say measure before they deliver anything, remember to measure any door and counter to cabinets that they must navigate through. Makes everyone’s job easier

Refridgerator installation

They had to remove the doors to get through the door way. They were careful not to mar the finish on the fridge. They changed the side the door opened for me also. Great job and good time in doing it.

Doors not aligned
