They connected the water line as expected and made sure everything worked properly.

The installation crew did a great job. They were professional and quick.

Brought the fridge in and put where we wanted. Plugged in and made sure it worked. We didn't want the water dispenser hooked up, so can't comment on that.

The 2 young men rolled up refrigerator to top of drive on dolly. Then used a new fangled lifting strap setup to carry refrigerator into house and set in place. Never seen this before but it sure worked on the tight spacing we had. Great guys that knew what they were doing.

The technician was very good in getting things done without any mess up.

The crew arrived on time and installed the refrigerator without any problem. They double checked to make sure everything is working and there are no leaks. Then they did a final leveling to line up with the cabinet that this fits into. Then they took away the old fridge and cleaned up everything. Great work.

It took several tries but once I got an undamaged refrigerator it was setup in professional manner. The refrigerator worked as advertised and installation was leak free and all electronics worked properly. I was given instruction on operation of the refrigerator before the technician left. Experience finished well after some frustration getting a good refrigerator.

The delivery guys showed up on time and hooked up things quickly. The only downside was the two guys didn’t speak much English and couldn’t give us the basic information on the refrigerator.

Love my new frig and everything that came with it.

When hooking up your refrigerator to the water line this item is handy but not necessary to purchase as a regular pliers or wench will work just fine. No need to spend the extra money, but something is needed to tighten the water line to the refrigerator.

The refrigerators door are not aligned. I am told it's a factory issue and I am waiting for the refrigerator to be replaced.

The person installing was able to connect to an existing water line very easily.

The delivery people were very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted and whether it would actually sit there.

Still some frost & ice in freezer. Service technician says it’s because the refrigerator is new. Hummmm? Delivery gentlemen weren’t able to take off all of protective wrapping.

Installed easily with no problem at all. Very happy with everything.

The 2 men who delivered the refridgerator were very nice and professional. They had to remove the doors to get through the door way. They were careful not to mar the finish on the fridge. They changed the side the door opened for me also. Great job and good time in doing it.
