The Best Buy team that installed our fridge did a great job. No problems. A++

Installer connected it. I didn't have to install it.

The techs who delivered had no issues placing it to the existing water line.

Very professional, impressed how quickly they knocked this out. A little pricey for what it is but I imagine there are more complicated installations than mine.

Looking forward to using it. Was not ready to use when the installers left. They did not take any of the packaging off as they said their hands were dirty and they didn't want to mark up the fridge. Well they could have washed them.

Reid was very professional and did an excellent job swapping out my refrigerator for a new one. He inspected everything and made sure it was working properly and level.

Paid to have our new refrigerator installed and the old one hauled away. To be honest, I could handle the installation myself, but it was a better deal to opt for it and pay a little extra to have the old one hauled away. So what did they do? The absolute minimum. And less! The refrigerator is working so at least they achieved that, but after they left, I had a trail of water to my front door, no info at all about what to expect as it "cooled off", and most of the packaging materials were still inside. Those little foam rubber pads to protect the shelves held on with special tape. Well, when I noticed this, the fridge already cooled down to below freezing in the freezer, so the tape would not completely remove. I had to pull all the shelves out, let them thaw, then remove all the tape and padding. Also, all the plastic door shelves and trays had the protective film still on them. I expected my fridge to be ready to go minus it being cold enough, and it wasn't. I am not very happy at all. No run-down on the controls. Yeah, I got a manual, but when did "making sure you understand what you bought" is no longer included? I'm not completely inept. I can handle most things on my own. But darn it, when you spend nearly $2000 on something, you expect a little hand holding. These two issues (the packaging and the water trail) really upset me and my wife. Won't opt for that again for sure.

One look at my existing line and they knew it was more than serviceable.

When the wrong unit ice maker was ship these guys stepped right in to make sure that we understood exactly what was needed and could go back to the store to get things straightened out. They came back promptly and we had the necessary extensions available in the guys did a great job getting things all set up an aligned without doing any damage tour new home.

Everything about delivery was great until we discovered after the delivery service left that there was a part missing from the front of the refrigerator. A tiny plug. After lots of back and forth, phone calls, chat sessions, emails, and a visit to the store, it was determined that this part cannot be replaced. it probably costs about $0.39 to manufacture, but Best Buy can only replace the entire refrigerator. So we are replacing. But there is clearly something wrong with the process of replacing small parts, especially cosmetic parts, on Insignia refrigerators! So, note to buyers: really look that fridge over carefully before the delivery personnel leave. If there's anything missing, it might be in the truck. If not... you might as well tell them to take it back and schedule deliv. for another one. I'm giving the 'break down' 5 stars because the guys were great. It's not their fault BestBuy can't mail you a tiny plastic plug.

I did not use this as the water connection to my refrigerator is through the ceiling and was 6 months old. The installer did bring one in case it was needed and we determined that we did not need to add 6 ft to the existing water line. He did say that best but would not be responsible if the water line leaked which I understand. Glad that he was ready with it if it was needed.

Great to have a second fridge/freezer with wide shelves. It can hold two trays or casseroles at a time, plenty of extra drawers, and shelf space. I love this refrigerator.

The two men who installed the refrigerator did a good job and were efficient. They gave me time to clean behind the frig as it was quite dusty. I was happy there were not any scratches or dents and it was in good condition. They connected the water line with no problem. Would have been nice if they had cleaned the fingerprints and streaks bit did not have what was needed to do so they said.

This crew was fantastic professional and courteous. Best I've had through best buy
