Best Buy connected the ice maker from my new refrigerator. Works great!

When refrigerator was delivered, two persons left it in the garage and said that it takes 4 people to take it upstairs. So it was not installed when it was delivered. It took 3 reschedules to have the work done and at the end just 2 persons made it possible so the first two guys definitely didn’t want to take it upstairs. Customer service to reschedule installation is bad and don’t know anything plus they are not willing to help. Thanks to the last person that made the final reschedule and followed up the installation. She straightened up what others didn’t do.

While my delivery guys wqs amazing and display awesome customer service skills.. The getting my delivery date set and completed was a nightmare... promised a delivery date only to be cancelled rhe morning of. Not to mention im paying for a delivery but doesnt include the removal of the old product without additonal fees (notified of this as they were about to pull up) what if i was unable to get someone to move my old product fast enough? They was going to cancel me... smh

Was connected very easy to complete. The Contractor finished fast.

Dallas and his helper who delivered and installed refrigerator were personable, professional, knowledges, efficient and worked well together to move old refrigerator out to where I wanted it and put new in place, hooking up ice maker, water, etc.

The 3 star review is an average of the first delivery team who refused to connect the new hose to the existing line and the second team a few days later that did this in just a couple of minutes.

Using Best Buy professionals to install my appliance was the best decision I could make. Best Buy sent out the two most professional men I've ever had sent by any appliance company. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Successfully installed my appliance in about twenty minutes, including removal of old one. They also arrived on time, and even on a Sunday, very impressive.

The team that delivered our refrigerator was excellent. Jordan Wilkerson was very professional in that everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Jordan kept us informed as to their arrival time. Both young men were very courteous. Best Buy should be pleased to have such good employees.
