They showed me a few things about the fridge, made sure everything was running well, and leveled the refrigerator. They even took all of the cardboard and packing materials with them. They were also extremely nice and polite.

Expectations need to be clearer up front

Can't connect to a plastic water line, and existing unit must be disconnected from water line before the install. Fortunately I did not have a plastic water line, but the call came too late to do any good if I had. I expected the install team to disconnect the existing unit, so that requirement also came as an unpleasant surprise. I needed to move the old unit out and figure out how to disconnect.. not what I expected. But I think the team would have been accommodating, and other aspects of the install were entirely satisfactory. I can't fault the installation, just the pre-installation procedure.

Refrigerator install

I showed them where i wanted my new Samsung refrigerator and within minutes it was installed. Both guys were so nice and still very professional.

They took off all the plastic and explained how it works. Never try to do this yourself, folks. These new fridges are like 400 lbs and it is worth it to pay these guys. Always tip them if you can too :)

Say yes to a freezer!

I chose a freezer from Best Buy, and it is filled with healthy food. I would tell everyone to fight food waste and freeze your leftovers, they are still delicious.
